Shipping

We do not guarantee ship dates.

Most orders ship from our studio within 1-3 business days. Please drop us a note at hello@novapaperco.com if we can assist with your order or answer any questions. 

Once the mail carrier has your package, we are no longer in control of the order and are not responsible for any shipping delays. Please refer to your tracking number for any info regarding status of your shipment. We have no further details beyond that and are not responsible for contacting mail carriers on your behalf.

Returns/exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. 

We’re happy to provide a replacement if there’s an error in your order, an item arrives damaged, or your package is lost. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us right away at hello@novapaperco.com. In the rare event that a replacement item is out of stock or unavailable, we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment.

For any issues with an order, please email hello@novapaperco.com with your order number, explanation of the issue, and photo (if applicable).

Do you do custom work?

We are not currently taking on custom projects for individual clients. However, we accept a limited number of custom collaborations with churches, companies, and ministries—particularly those that feel like a partnership (e.g., Company X Nova Paper Co.). We’re also open to licensing our existing designs.
